Can someone please break-down exactly how the exercise portion works.
Below is suppose to summerize the exercises
How long for each phase? Or anything else that can be added.
Phase 1: Walk 30 minutes/day
Phase 2: Add 7-10 minutes of core strength training, every other day
Phase 3: Add 8-10 minutes of non-core strength training, every other day
Phase 4: Add 21 minutes of aerobic exercise 3 times/week
It's been a while since I read the book, and I've been following my own exercise plan, so let me double check and get back to you. Kim, Patti, do you know off the top of your heads?
