okay....my first thought was...Have you actually measured yourself?? Did you measure yourself before you started working out? If not...get out that tape measure. Get you a book you can record every inch. And don't just measure your waist in one place, measure it in 3 places, measure your hips, measure your thighs, measure your calves, measure your upper arms, even measure your neck!!! You'd be surprized at how those 1/4 of an inch can add up. I have many measurement opportunities. Some weeks, I will have a large number of inches. You have to realize...and I read this someone on here too...that when we lose weight, we loose in in sheets. Think of a roll of paper towels. When you use one sheet, or two sheets or 10 sheets, it doesn't make the paper towel roll look much thinner, but when you take away 20 sheets and 30 sheets and 40 sheets, well now....you can see a difference. And if you are replacing fat with muscle, you will weigh the same but you will be toning up and getting slimmer. So my advice...keep at it. Keep doing your weight watchers, keep excersizing and keep using that tape measure. I know how bad we all want to see the number go down on the scale, but i think i do get more excited when i see an inch gone from my waist and thighs. Don't give up. You can do this!!!
