I don't know if I'm posting this in the right place. My question is does anyone know how many bing cherries (raw) are a serving. I've been eating 21, which seems like a lot. I love cherries and could probably eat 200!! Any help would be great. Thank you in advance.

According to fitday.com, bing cherries have 4.9 calories each. Snarf up. And if you do eat 200, don't leave the bathroom!
Oh, and usually a half cup of most fruits is a serving, but there's the pits to consider. I'm not much help, am I?

It depends how many calories you have to spend on cherries!

One cherry has 4 calories (USDA). One cup (117g) has 74 calories.

Cherries are actually a deliciously low-calorie snack! I'm going to incorporate them into my food plan. Hooray!

Amen to that! I once ate a large amount while on a long drive - was I ever sorry later.

But, in moderation, yum yum yum. I'm so happy to see fresh cherries back in the store.
