Those of you who are farther along may be able to give me some advice here
DH and the kids are planning to make chocolate chip pancakes for me tomorrow for Mother's Day. This is supposed to be a surprise but my four year old can't keep a secret to save her soul.

Anyway -- would it be better for me to start on phase 1 as of lunch time tomorrow, or to wait until Monday morning?
I recall reading in the book that starting in the morning.... something about you sleep through some of your blood-sugar-crash cravings.
