Default bloated

i lost two pounds last week. not bad, not bad eh? this week my pms showed up. yesterday i cheated and weighed myself and was two pounds lighter than the previous week. tonight at my ww meeting i weighed in and was a half pound heavier than the previous week ( what?) i have never EVER been so bloated that i actually gained weight. now of course i feel horrible and am trying to pick apart where i went wrong . can someone shed some more light on bloating to me? perhaps share some bloating catastrophies?

Hello Hot Doc,
I'm a scale-aholic and I've found that my weight fluctuates at least 3 pounds every day, and sometimes as much as 6 pounds. Your clothes can make you fluctuate a couple pounds depending upon what you're wearing and how heavy it is. Try not to get hung up on what you see at any one weigh-in or even during consecutive weigh-ins. The real measure is what you see long-term.

The trick is not to get discouraged at this point. Put yesterday behind you and march forward.
