i lost two pounds last week. not bad, not bad eh? this week my pms showed up. yesterday i cheated and weighed myself and was two pounds lighter than the previous week. tonight at my ww meeting i weighed in and was a half pound heavier than the previous week ( what?) i have never EVER been so bloated that i actually gained weight.

now of course i feel horrible and am trying to pick apart where i went wrong . can someone shed some more light on bloating to me? perhaps share some bloating catastrophies?
