You know I'll be here. I will finish off the January thread and then on Thursday I'll start here. My goals are the same as last one. Lose what I can, drink my water and eat sensibly.
I'd love to be on this! I'm semi new here and just restarted WW, again...
My goals for February are getting my water in, and heading to the gym 2x a week. Hoping to start slow this month so I can keep at it!
Hello Everyone,
I am hoping to lose 10 pounds this month. I have lost 9.4 since starting in Jan but the sad thing is you can't tell. I have decided that is ok because I couldn't tell when I gained it either. Got to love that Denial. Anywho I feel really motivated to get it off. I weigh 185.8 and need to get to 120. Good luck everyone. Tonight is my son's 14th birthday and of coarse he wants to eat out and do cake. I hope my motivation holds:0)

Hm, my goals for February:
-Lose at least 8-10 pounds
-Keep up with my classes (2 club boxing circuit, 1 yoga, 2 bodyworks +abs, 2 kickbox cardio, and maybe a step class here and there)
-Lift more than 1-2 times a week (3 would be ideal especially since there are two days where I have 0 classes)
-Pass the fitness test on the treadmill (it shuts down if your heart rate gets "too high" for over 1 minute) - it's 12 minutes long I have 7 minutes to go!
It's February 1st so new goals have to be made and kept. I made my January goal of 10 pounds by losing 10.5 pounds. I am extremely happy with that. It's getting harder to lose now so I don't want to set my expectations too high. I have a few things going on this week so I am aiming at maintaining this week. I will exercise extra hard to try and not gain. These are my goals for this month:
1. Lose 5 pounds
2. Drink at least 6 - eight ounce glasses of water daily
3. Exercise at least 5 days a week.
Good luck ladies and looking forward to losing with you.
I'm not up to a very good start for February. Now it's only a couple days in so I'm not worried. By Sunday I will back full force. I am going into my parents cabin for a night tomorrow and I know I will be eating. I plan on exercising before I go and my boyfriend wants to take me snowshoeing when we get in there. That is really good exercise too.
Hi all!
I'm "in" for February. Remember not to be too hard on yourself as February is a short month. So keep your goals in accordance with that.
My goal is to continue my personal challenge to lose 5 pounds by my birthday.
Also, there are two (one mine) birthdays in my family this month, a weekend away and Valentines day. All of those are challenges. I want to stay in control and plan ahead for these challenges and be able to make good choices.
I shall continue to challenge myself to do some form of exercise 5 out of every 7 days.
I shall continue to stay on the Weight Watchers CORE plan and pursue my personal goal of really having a healthy eating lifestyle that I can stick with for the rest of my life.
That "rest of my life" thing is hard to digest, I fight off the demons, the old habits regularly - those demons haunt me. I have to, for once and for all, release the past and keep the focus on that fact that I am approaching age 52 and if I want to stay alive and have the rest of my life be long and healthy that I have to get in control and stay there. It is the hardest thing I have ever done in my life.
Let's work together to make February and very successful and happy month!
Linda
Hey Yall!!! I'm on in this since I met my Sweetheart challenge VERY early!!!! I lost 10lbs in the month of Jan. since starting on Jan.2nd!!!!
This month I'm putting a goal at 8lbs, I feel I may lose more, since I stay on track pretty good, but we will see - since it's a short month I put it only at 8 'just in case'. Im excited!!!
I do pretty good in my water, so I will keep that up to! Here's to at least 64 oz a day and 8lbs more gone by the end of Feb!!!!!!!!!!
Count me in for Feb too, since I am starting WW points tomorrow. I want to lose 7lbs this month. I have been doing cardio regularly and will be also adding circuit training-something I havent done since I had children!
