Boy, today's workout was HARD. Well, not the workout itself as much as MAKING myself get on the bike and STAY on the bike for a full 60 minutes. I'm feeling a little blue today - more relationship problems.
Still, I got on the bike and stayed on!!! My main motivator? After about 1/2 hour of huffing and puffing I took my shirt off (I work out at home) to cool down a bit and looked down at my belly and noticed that the little roll right under my bra strap is GETTING SMALLER. I was so tickled!!! So, everytime I wanted to quit I would just look down and notice this change in my body. Nothing like seeing progress to motivate ourselves to keep on going, huh? :-)

I am now on my way to the grocer to purchase lots of yummy veggies to roast and broccoli to make soup.
