I like numbers, too, and enjoy counting cals.
I do exercise daily, these days mostly walking and rather light lifting and a variety of other fun things. I don't post it here now because it is such a long-time part of my life that even when I am slacking off from activity (which is the word I use now for exercise), I need to focus on food management to achieve and maintain the scale weight I desire. Activity is a given and is more for health and sanity to me than weight control.
I might start posting it again sometime, but for right now, it's all about the cals for me.
