Right you miserable lot of soldiers time we got our butts into gear.
Everyone will assemble on the parade ground at 6:30 tomorrow morning for a 6 mile hike before breakfast - builds an appetite you know.
Then it's off for the Iron Woman routine. We'll run 26 miles, cycle 50 and then swim 6 miles in a freezing cold loch. All this before lunch.
After lunch we can beautify ourselves already for a night at the pictures - no popcorn !!!!! Then home early to be ready to do it all again on Sunday.
No excuses accepted. Be there or be prepared to clean the toilets with your toothbrush.

D'you know they really do the Iron thingy in Aberfeldy, Only it's for men as no sensible woman would get of bed on a cold Scottish August morning and swim 6 miles in the loch. Mad.
The good news is I am getting my life back to normal next week. Well Mon / Tue / Wed anyway. Ray will be working nights the end of the week so I'll be able to leave work earlier as he'll be taking the boys to school / childminsers - oh happy days. It will probably only be a temporary change as he is still not happy there & is looking for something else but I'll enjoy have my evening back while I can.
So now I'll be able to get out for a couple of evenings - I'll need to get that bike out of the garage and see if it needs any work. Exercise plan here I come.

:sheep:
Luckily my sweat pants kept my dignity, plus everyone else was in bed so didn't see me grappling around trying to retrieve them.
