  • today: 2 mile run; 1 hour UB/LB strength w/a bit of cardio mixed in (Gilad shows on FitTV); 60 min yoga DVD
  • 60 min elliptical.
  • 20 minute run and 45 mind swim ...
  • Aerobic dance, exercise for legs, weights for arms and pilates.
  • 4-mile WATP DVD
  • 50 minute leg workout
  • 25 min stairclimber, 35 on the elliptical
  • 45 min chest and tricep workout
    45 min run
  • 2 mile run
  • WATP 3 mile Express!!!!!!!
  • 60 min elliptical
  • OK finally getting a chance to post. Last week I only worked out twice, Monday run 5.2 and Thursday treadmill speedwork 3.8. Thats it. Oh and yoga on monday.

    This week I ran monday (4.25)
    gym on tuesday - bike 45 min and weights 40 min
    ran speedwork today - 3.0 miles - hopefully yoga tonight.
  • Pilates and weights for arms.
  • 45 min LB/abs this afternoon - 60 min of cardio will follow tonight, barring extreme circumstances.
  • 45 min elliptical and 60 min bodysculpting class (weights, tubes, squats, crunches, lunges, and so on...)
