You carry on sparring even though you're bleeding all over the floor!

You seriously consider getting up and lifting weights when you wake up an hour earlier than the alarm! Unfortunately you fell back to sleep while debating it since you're worn out from 3hours of kickboxing the night before

... if you do dance aerobics the day after legs and the next morning you can hardly hobble down the stairs for your firy calves and you think "Whoa, awesome!"

Oh, I am telling you, I took a sunrise stretch class on a cruise many years ago (now it would likely be called sunrise yoga) and it was THE BEST exercise I have ever done in my life. We started at dawn and the sun was up when we finished and we went to breakfast. There was just nothing better than "coming up" with the sun in the silence of the new morning out on the ocean. I would do that every morning it's offered if I went again.

People go on cruises for the food, the drink, the members of the opposite sex ... Not our Fran ... she goes to get up early and exercise!

You feel cheated when your tournament fight is too easy, and you win!

The very thought of spending more than $30 on any one item of clothing horrifies you....unless its workout gear, then hey babe, whatever it takes.

In the past year your workout wardrobe budget exceeded your normal wardrobe budget by 3:1...and thats WITH having to buy new clothes because you are shrinking

When running a 10K at 29 weeks pg seems a normal thing to do.

When running is more important than sleep, even while nursing a newborn who gets you up at all hours.

When you spend the last 3 months of your pregnancy researching all the races you are going to do the next year and swearing because the running clubs dont have their schedules out yet.

When you start printing out training plans for the races because you cant actually start the training.

When you wouldnt dream of letting someone else take care of your baby...except the ladies at the gym daycare

lol...when another 3FC member puts your workout reality in their signature.

When being out on a 12 mile run in the country makes you feel closer to God than any other part of your non-religious life.

When copping a squat in a cornfield is a semi regular occurrence in your life.

When you know where every farm dog is located for 20 square miles.

When you decide the most appropriate way to celebrate your birthday is by running a marathon...

When you are super excited that there is a chicken breast left over from supper last night. You nearly dream of what an awesome mini-meal it'll make!

You've bought tickets for a raffle where the top prize is £300 in vouchers of your choice. You wonder whether the local running shop would do vouchers if you won as you could do with some new running shoes and running kit...

Not that I won anyway, but I still had that thought in my head for a while...

You do a 12.5 mile run after work in December as a favour for a friend who had promised to run with someone and then something came up, so you take her place. Other people go to Christmas parties.

You cut your knuckle with a super-sharp knife, and as the cut bleeds over the sink, you think "how am i going to lift tonight if i get stitches?"

then the only questions you ask the doctor are "so, i'm supposed to keep the stitches dry, but i can still do cardio and sweat on it, right?"

as he puts a splint on your hand to keep your knuckle and stitches from bending, you think "what arm exercises can i do without closing my hand?"

and you decide to meet with your trainer that night anyway, even though you've already done legs this week and you are still sore. You figure maybe he can figure something out for you to do.
