1. You've never ironed clothes for the next day in your whole life, but do so before you leave for your second job so you can have everything ready for your 5:30am classes.

2. Taking 5:30am cardio/weight/spinning/rebound classes.

Your talking to your mom long distance and you start discussing LBW. Soon you find that 45 minutes have gone by while you are both working out together while on the PHONE!

Fitness freak in training

-Work out your very tight budget that if you forgo a night of hanging out you can buy a new workout DVD because the ones you have arent making you work hard enough.

-When said DVD get delivered you close your door and study it because you can't wait till you get home

-Long late night discussions with your long distance boyfriend revolve around rep count and how much wait you should be lifting.

-You fall on some ice and think, working out will make it better (wasn't a bad fall)

This is more being a plain freak rather than just a fitness one, but not only are you running a half marathon later this morning, but you get up early to make yourself some homemade soup to put in a flask for after the race.

You get several wears out of your sports bras and running shorts.

You mentally add how many minutes you've exercised so you can update your running log, ect.

You start planning how your going to exercise when your in Europe which is half a year away!

When reading other people's fitness quirks makes you want to turn off your computer and go back to the gym...again.

Your partner is going away on business for a week. All you can think about is the extra workouts you're going to sneak in when you have your alone time. You're already checking the group classes at your gym.

You're really proud of your running club sweatshirt and have barely had it off since you got it.

DH bought you new lifting gloves (in your hard to find size) for Valentine's Day (along with Clif bars) and you were thrilled!
