When you see a group of runners you try to work out which club they're from.

You're dissapointed that your legs don't hurt as much as they did last week.

You think it's unreasonable that DH won't let you buy 2 pairs of running shoes in the same day

I will buy them next week though!

I just have to add mine...

- You've been putting off replacing a stolen/destroyed cd that you love because of the cost, but you jump to get it when you realize it would be perfect to exercise to (because you're a freak and exercise to Celtic music)

- You're starting a new routine slowly (C25k in my case) and although you love it, you don't feel as though you have worked out enough, and plan on what other exercises you could do throughout the day.

- You're excited that you will FINALLY have a car and a driver's lisence soon because then maybe you can take up the offer of a full gym for $55/year through your new apartment complex. It's 2 miles away, which isn't much for you to walk, but you believe it involves the interstate and thus rules out any walking.

Running 12 miles before work isn't a stupid idea.

You get disappointed when you realize you need to rest and can't do 2 workouts in one day so you'll just settle for one longer workout

Oooh, I like this thread! I don't think I've read it before.

You know you're a fitness freak when you can't get excited about a week's vacation in your hometown because you're too worried you won't get all your runs in.

Speaking of that, my sisters, mom, nieces, and I are renting a cabin for a few nights next week. The first thing I wondered when we planned this was if there will be a place to run!

You think planes should come equipped with fitness centers (and showers). Seriously, you're trapped there for several hours, it would be the perfect time to work out (except maybe for the turbulence ).

Your stepmom scouts out gyms near her house for you in advance of your visit. My stepmom is so sweet! I can't believe she did this for me!

People keep asking you what you are training for. You don't know what to say because you aren't training for anything in particular, you just want to run faster.

You think the perfect cruise would be one where all the food is specifically designed to meet your calorie/nutrition goals and everyone gets their own personal trainer. You fantasize about taking a vacation like this, even if it isn't on a cruise.

you drive for 4 hours to run a half marathon then drive 4 hours home.

you are disappointed that you are not sore today after 2 hours of training/running at tag-rugby team training last night.
