dancing..i tried yoga once, it was just too slow for me. but i give props to those who take it and can get into all those crazy positions


have your whole family eat whatever they want in front of you (while your dieting) or have your whole family eating healthy with you?

yep, i'm pretty much in control with late night snacking...it's during the day is when i have trouble, ESPECIALLY when i'm alone.


following a magazine's (like glamour, cosmopolitan) guide to losing weight with food/gym routines OR follwing a specific diet (south beach, atkins, ww, etc)
