Mixed greens are tastier to me and a bit more nutritious

Once in a blue moon I eat a potato and then it's baked.
Do you have a goal weight or would you just like to lose weight?

I have a semi goal weight, so it's not terribly rigid. I would like to be around 130 - that may mean 132 or so or it could mean 128 -9. We'll see. I'm being as healthy as I can (trying to focus on all over wellness) and plugging away dropping these last few lbs.
That was a good question... same one for the next person:

I don't either, but you have to put something in your profile. I'd just like to sturdy up my wobbly thighs and reduce the tummy roll.
Next person, same question.

My goal weight at the moment is 140. If I make it to 160 I will see how it goes. I want the weight off more than I want some distant number I haven't seen in over 20 years.
Grilled or baked fish?

Grilled... because it usually doesn't cook in a sauce and is a little bit less heavy on the calories.
Okay, this is a toughie for some people...
A larger serving of fat free cheese or the caloric equivalent of the real thing (much smaller piece)?

The larger serving. I'm an admitted glutton.

All at once. About 45 min. 30 min cardio, 15 min resistance.
Do you work out at home or at a gym?
