  • So I've been doing really good up until yesterday... I have been walking 6 out of 7 days so far, but... Monday night we had to put one of our foster kittens down, and yesterday I was just so depressed I didn't feel like walking, so I ended up taking two days of a break this week already :|

    I also quit on the circuit workouts, I haven't even attempted one yet this whole month O.O

    But I was thinking I was doing good by walking daily.. Saturday I ended up doing a 4.6 mile walk because we got lost in the woods, which was scary since it was dark out >.< But happy Halloweeen!!! right?

  • No exercise for me today. I had an early morning meeting today, so I didn't have time to do my morning workout. And I'm now sick, running a fever, so no evening workout either. I'm going to bed in a minute and hoping I feel better in the morning.
  • Savemykisses, I'm so sorry about your kitten. Thank you for fostering them! It's perfectly understandable that you would not feel like walking. And despite that, you are doing great with your walking! But stay out of the woods.

    Yesterday was a bad TOM day and I didn't get out walking. I didn't even do a LS video. I just felt miserable. Hopefully today will be better, although I don't feel great right now.

  • Savemykissex: so sorry about your kitten. That is such a sad thing.
    My single most effective combatant against depression is taking a walk. It's especially helpful, if I remember to do it, after a traumatic event because it gives a place for all that adrenalin to go. Sometimes it takes several walks, but only the first one is hard. Once that's out of the way, you'll know if another walk will help.
