    June 22: 45 min dog walk, spin class, cut grass, edged, blew driveway
  • June 24: 14 mile run (1:55:28)
    2:45 yard work)
    12 minutes foam rolling
  • June 23: power class, 45 min dog walk, 1 hour doubles tennis
  • June 22 and 23: Paddling a canoe down the Delaware River
    June 24: 1.58 miles on treadmill in 14:00; 4 x 10 Bulgarian split squats, 3 x 12 calf raises, Roman chair leg raises.
  • June 24: 30 min spin class, 35 min elliptical, 45 min dog walk
  • June 24: 4.5 miles hiking
    P90X Kempo
    1 hour and 20 minutes of gardening
  • Sunday, June 23:

    15 minute Stairmaster warmup
    60 minutes shoulders, bicep & tricep
    45 minute spin class, straight up spin


    Monday, June 24:

    Ran through a historic town on the CT River, starting off the porch of a 200-year-old inn, in empty streets, running past sea captain's houses, each bearing a little round nameplate with the name of their original owner and the date when they were built. Passed other runners, very friendly, and dog-walkers, and on one lawn, an enormous doe who was holding up her foreleg, as if it were badly lamed, bounding along on three legs. She ran better on three legs than I do on two.

    30 minutes on my old friend, the arc trainer, resistance at 10, hill intervals, probably could've upped it higher. Someone had snagged the Stairmaster.

    -20 min HIIT on elliptical
  • June 25: ~45 min spin class (got there late), 45 min dog walk

    Saef - that sounds AMAZING! I run on my lunch hour - same path in our small city - it gets very stale!
