My weigh in is tomorrow, I didn't like last weeks (1.8lbs), I'm hoping this week will be much better.
My 2cents on the big C issue: I had that problem sometimes before IP and found that probiotic yogurt helped a lot. Since I can't have that anymore I started taking probiotic pills/supplements. That was a week into IP when I started having issues. They seem to work well for me, and I like knowing I'm putting some good bacteria back into my system because this diet doesn't have dairy, or many other foods.
I haven't mentioned it to my coach yet (just cause I haven't remembered), but I can't imagine any contraindication.As a taller woman I too find that I don't change sizes easily. Hey, I'm not a big shopper, but maybe someone can fill me in. When I go to the US, what's the difference between, uh, I think it's juniors, misses, and womans? I haven't noticed those categories where I'm from, again, not that I shop much.
