Holy crap, I pulled out my old Billy Blanks Boot Camp dvds and did the Mission One dvd (about a 45 minute workout) and I loooooved it! I remember when I was like 15 and desperate to lose 10lbs (even though I really needed to loose like 20-30) I used to do Tae Bo a lot. Actually, it never used to make me sweat that much, but today I am DRENCHED and LOVING it

AND I made it through the full workout without much modification (just the squat thrusts because they suck and hurt my joints) and I'm not dead! I feel like I got an awesome workout in

Wednesdays and probably Saturdays are definitely going to be my new kickboxing days!
Forest - I have p90x on my computer and my friend who's away at school wants to do it with me and my brother when she comes home this summer. I just have to find my resistance bands.... Can you do it without the pull up bar?
