Beachbum, you have such a great attitude with accepting that weight loss is not going to happen overnight for some of us. It is so much easier to maintain determination when the scale shows progress so it is really great that you lost a pound at your last weigh in!
I know that a pound makes me happy. Anything less and I tend to be disappointed. This week I lost 0 pounds. I was so disappointed not to get to move my ticker.
misspriss78, it's fantastic that you were able to stop eating after 5:30 yesterday. And it sounds as if you are planning on a productive day with the exercise. Hope it all works out and you don't have to stop eating after 5:30 today
Exercise is the hardest thing for me. I bought a pedometer but the first day I wore it I had to sit at my desk all day. My total for the entire day was only a little over 2000 steps. I was so disgusted that I haven't worn it since. Just have a bad attitude about the whole exercise thing.
