It depends on how bad I'm feeling. Sometimes there's no way I'm doing anything... and sometimes the possibility of getting off track outweighs getting a bit more rest. But I might scale it back a bit, like instead of cardio, just do weights, or walk longer instead of running.

So far today I've done well... only eating a small bowl or cereal and two boiled eggs for a snack, while drinking water. I still need to finish meal planning and make groceries.
Seems like most of you work out in the morning.
Does anyone else (besides me
) work out at night? I'm like to work out while watching my favorite shows and my hubby wants to work out with me so I have to wait till he gets home, too. He also wants to add a morning workout but I don't think I can do two-a-days, or even get up early enough to do them in the first place.
