Unfortunately our weather is still a little "iffy" and I'm still a little headachey to go with it.
Yesterday, I spent most of the day in bed -- although in the guest room mostly since "somebody" (and this time I do not know which cat did it) urinated on my bed and after a good scrubbing, it took most of the day for the mattress to dry out. So, about the only other thing I did, besides nursing the head, was a bunch of laundry. I'm hoping things settle down after they've had a couple of weeks to completely heal from their little surgeries. This is definitely becoming tiresome.
At least my BGL is staying fairly stable . . . 4.6 (83) this morning before breakfast. Actually a little surprising because usually if I don't feel well, it is a bit high.
Just wanted to give you a couple of links to some little blurbs on a couple of the more dangerous highs that strike diabetics from time to time.
First of all is 'hyperosmolar coma' . . . http://www.everydayhealth.com/public...0c8ae9679d&p=2
And then, this one about 'ketoacidosis' which is definitely more likely for type 1 . . . http://www.everydayhealth.com/public...2-7f0c8ae9679d
Have a great rest of the weekend, gang . . . see you soon. . .

- I'm glad for that, though... I won't be overeating again for awhile.

..happy belated birthday shane
..bella.. im sure your dr will be very pleased with your progress..meowee am glad you are feeling better.. and (((hugs))) to all rosey
i guess there just isn't any prediciting when it comes to surgery. im still not totally back on my feet, but at least im back to work

Sure hope your cat problems abate soon.
Sometimes, I look forward to my next meal more than anyone should.
And other times, I look forward to the next day, if I've already consumed all my calories.
I just love food way too much! I've felt pretty good the last couple days - no more binge eating and my blood sugars are back to normal.
