This is the first challenge that I have stuck with for a WHOLE YEAR before....even if I did fall off the wagon for a few months during the summer after a move. And, I am happy to say that - even with that MASSIVE setback - I still managed to lose over 80 lbs this year! Altogether 86.6 lbs since coming back right before the first of the year. I will definitely be joining in with the 2018 thread...thank you for hosting these full-year challenges, VickieLou!

Here's is a graph overview of my main post on this thread with all of the weigh-ins on a chart:




I am hoping that my progress will be a little more linear in 2018, lol...but progress is progress!

That is so amazing! You must feel so proud and so much healthier!!
