Thank you, Rosinante! I figured that my 3rd and 4th week balanced each other out, so it was fairly consistent overall if you look at it like that...lol.

You're doing really well! (You beat me in challenges no, really!! )
Are you following a particular dietplan? I'm currently doing the 5:2 intermittent fasting, and it's pretty good and doable

Today is supposed to be my weigh-in day but I feel fat, so I'm postponing it til tomorrow. I don't think I can face another gain. I know that's cheating and I'm only cheating myself, but it's psychological. I am determined to stick with this thread the whole year.
Starting out a bit late, but would like the accountability for the year.
I will weight in monthly (or more if I have progress) and typically weight in on Sundays.
3/3 - 164.5
3/12 - 163 - thought I'ld check in since I have made some progress. Hoping to continue the trend.
4/2 - 163
4/9 - 161 - I've had the flu, so hoping I can keep this loss and continue the downward trend.
5/7 -
6/4 -
7/2 -
8/6 -
9/3 -
10/1 -
11/5 -
12/3 -
12/31 - (my goal is to weight 150)
Wannabe, I like your determination. I also tend to yoyo my weight up and down. I tend to snack, which unhinges my loss, so need to plan for success better. What is the best thing you are doing for weight loss?
Princess, Congrats on the study loss, way to Go!
Ophelia, You are doing well, how awesome!
Brd, I like how you keep track of your loss for each month, inspiring.
Rosinante,What ever you are doing, it's working. Congrats on That!
Next Saturday is my weighday!!It will have been a month of no weighing, so I'm hoping to see a good loss. The past couple of days have been a little less on target than usual, so here I am girding my loins for a good week leading to the scales!!

I had to think about that, Workinglikeadog. I'd have to say I am working on waiting until I feel hungry to eat. It's hard, because most of the time I eat when DH wants to eat, and often I am not hungry when I do that. I also snack mindlessly, not due to hunger.
I want to finish this challenge all the way to the end of the year. I notice a few people have dropped out already, and I don't want to be a drop-out. It's very hard to come here and face the music when you have not lost, or if you've gained, but in the long run, I think it makes you stop and think before you put something in your mouth, if you know it will effect the scale the next weigh-in day.

I'm sorry, I just now saw this...I am doing intermittent fasting, as well! I am doing the 16:8 right now, though. I haven't tried the 5:2 one yet, but I have heard it is the more common version that people do.

It's certainly working for you!!
I enjoy 5:2 (even today, which is a fast day. Honest). I'm thinking about trying 16:8, especially when I get into maintenance ~ and by golly, I Will make maintenance, one day!! ~ because I like the idea that it gives the body a rest. I'm a bit wary, though, because if I didn't concentrate, I could look at 16:8 as a challenge as to how much I could stuff in my mouth in a short window!!
