Not a bad first week! I hope I can keep this up throughout the month. I really, really want to reach that 268.5 (or under - hopefully under!) by June 1st.
I haven't been eating (or drinking) enough for the past few days and I'[m feeling it. It's not intentional - I just couldn't afford the foods that I usually eat, and if they're not there, I don't substitute them with something else. I just don't eat anything but my 3 small meals.
I just guzzled two big cups of water and had a piece of vegemite toast, handful of sultanas and a cup of coffee. It was delightful and just what I needed! I'm sick of undereating; I can't do it all the time.
I don't care if it shows up on the scale tomorrow. I need to be eating properly; can't wait to go shopping on Wednesday!
I've never managed to finish one of the 10lb challenges, and I'm a week behind, but I need to start being accountable to someone that isn't my "Weightbot" app.
Starting at 87.9kg this morning, aiming for 83.4kg by June 1!
I failed pretty hardcore this weekend. I, essentially, participated in a diet horror movie. If it was edible and got near me...I ate it (ramen, cheese, vodka, etc). >_< There is shame and there is diet shame. lol. I am probably carrying a bunch of water weight but still

Not a bad start considering Thursday night through Sunday morning I did NOT eat well at all. Got my workouts in though. Today is the last day of my daughter's birthday celebrations and I know I can just have 1 small piece of cake and stay on track otherwise.
So I haven't lost any more yet, but I have a good feeling I will soon. I had been bouncing between 202 and 201, but I've been 201 for a few days now so I think its finally sticking. I'm hoping to see 200 soon!

Just wanted to check in......I have been doing ok except I ate cheesenips instead of food for dinner last night. I still stayed on my calorie count that I set for myself. I went into a store to buy my husband a snack and I brought myself a snack also. It was a bad idea.
I will do another workout today to combat the negative choice.
Ohh....I also drink buckwheat tea. If you feel bloated try that or smoothmove tea. It will help you stay regular or you can add lemon to your water. It will make you go to the bathroom.
Just checking in one last time before I leave on vacation. I saw 193.8 this morning, which is pathetic, but at least it wasn't 195, which it has been for the past several days. And tomorrow I leave for a trip to New York with some friends, so I will probably come back to 195 or higher. I'm okay with that; it will be worth it to enjoy my trip (within reason, of course) and if I don't lose this month, I will work twice as hard in June.
