Rested yesterday, and ate way too much (and didn't even log the points). I feel so guilty. I've been doing really well, but yesterday just fell back into old habits.
Well no more of that allowed. I just found out this morning the guy I'm dating wants me to go to his nudist colony with him at the end of the summer. (I flat out refused to go with him tomorrow, said I needed some time to get in shape first). HOLY CRAP. If that's not motivation enough for me to stay on track. I dont know what is. LOL!!!
EAS Active kicked my butt today, lunges, squats, running, boxing with bag kicks, high knees walking etc. My legs are shaking, but I feel good.
