A nearly perfect weekend... my chicken was a little bit bigger than it should have been, but I'm not going to freak out about an extra ounce or two. I even managed not to completely blow it when I was still up at 3am... although I'm sure the sight of me making Jello an hour earlier was priceless. I'm glad I did though, I love that it counts as a condiment! I think it's the only thing that kept me from eating the entire contents of the fridge.

I'm the same way on the Jell-O, but my biggest thrill is that I can count a whole package of Shiritake noodles as 2 condiments, you mean I can have my pasta and not use the starch!

I know I was over on the protein and the weight of the potato last night with dinner, it was just a minor crisis when the LA food scale fell from the cabinet and shattered. Sort of tough to run out and buy a new one when you're just sitting down to eat. Ran and got one on my way home from work today, so it's back to the POP days!

I almost blew this POP streak without even thinking! My friend offered me a homemade carrot muffin... still warm! And I almost took it without thinking, then good old common sense kicked in and I can proudly say that I have been POP since Feb. 3! .... well, I did have one eencey-weencey bite of the muffin... come on, nobody's COMPLETELY perfect

Geez you guys are doing sooooo goood! I am jealous.

It seems like I can't stay POP to save my soul

I mean these are not just lil things they are HUGE....ugh. Well today is a new day, I will try again, don't know why I can't keep focused, but I have only had 2 days POP since this challenge started.
