Barb...hang in there! Tomorrow will be a better day and you will succeed and be POP. YOu're a fighter, just going through some struggles now, but you are a survivor, I know you will get through this. I know I don't know you well, but I have read through a lot of the posts and you are wonderful just have a little faith in yourself.

Woo Hoo...I lost almost 2 lbs at my WI today
I've also stayed on POP since Monday including today (1st challenge day) AND...AND...AND...I started exercising again @ Curves. Ok, we'll I've gone 2days so far this week. This morning I woke up with a stuffy head and tingly nose so no Curves today.

One day and counting for me.. I'm having a breakfast burrito for breakfast, so I know that's stretching the limits, but I figure that eggs, potatoes, and tortillas are all allowed, so I'll just count them accordingly!

I did it again today...successfully POP at work! I'm so happy that I am not giving into the temptations..especially since I work at a place where I'm surrounded by them all day! Whoo!
I was POP yesterday too..so here's for day 2 for me! Yay! This works out perfectly too because yesterday was the first day that I started on my plan after the inital 2 FF days!

I'll take two days on my tally! The thing most people don't realize is that all the BLT's add up. For those that don't know they are Bites, Licks, Tastes and each time you dip a finger in something you are cooking, lick a spoon etc they all add up and throw themselves on your waistline! Remember,.. if you didn't write it, don't bite it.
I also found in my journal that 1 TBSP of lemon water = 1 condiment.
Welllllllllllllll seeing as I was having about 3 whole lemons a day when drinking my hot lemon water I KNOW I was way over on my condiments, especially since I was also using some for my salad dressing etc.
So we may all want to make sure we are counting our lemons!

Kristen - That goes back to JM's post about overdoing the HLW. I was told by the COD not to worry about counting the HLW when I have a mug a day or here and there because the effect you get when the lemon is combined with the hot water. I think the lemon as a condiment is for cooking.
