I'm the same way on the Jell-O, but my biggest thrill is that I can count a whole package of Shiritake noodles as 2 condiments, you mean I can have my pasta and not use the starch!
I know I was over on the protein and the weight of the potato last night with dinner, it was just a minor crisis when the LA food scale fell from the cabinet and shattered. Sort of tough to run out and buy a new one when you're just sitting down to eat. Ran and got one on my way home from work today, so it's back to the POP days!
