    Well, I walked to and from work today and went for a walk during work on my break so going to add 75 minutes to the total

    I have shopping and stuff to do tonight so I may not get to try the video. I WILL let you know when I do *L*

    Personal total ~ 715-75= 640 left to go

    300+ group total ~ 3018+75= 3093 minutes!

  • This morning, I did 15 mins Dance off the Inches, and 10 mins on the treadmill.

    25+3093=4028
  • Sorry, yesterday I didn't realize that I was supposed to add up my workout with the group total. Thanks garnet for adding me in.

    Today I did 15 min cardio and then 45 min Billy's bootcamp.

    thisgirlslosingit looks like you are right on track.

    I did another hour at the gym, this time with mom. She did real well, when she got pooped she laid down in the locker room until I came and got her to do weights with me. The bicycle wore her out and then she did elliptical and treadmill for a bit so she had to rest.

    4088 + 60 = 4148
  • I made it for 7 minutes on the elliptical - the first time I have made it past 5. It seems to be getting easier . . . I then did 30 minutes on the treadmill. That makes my total 387.

    The group total is now 4148 + 37 = 4185

  • 50 mins on the gazelle tonight. I skipped last night in the hopes of getting to bed early...but that didn't work out at all LOL.

    Group Total=4185+50=4235

    Personal Total 293 of 1100 I think, I already changed it in my sig, but it's late so my memory is shot at the moment.
  • 20 minutes walking. 10 minutes eliptical. 30 minutes for Wednesday.

    Personal goal 600 - 156 = 444 to go!

    Group Total=4235 + 30 = 4265

    So, including today's workout I have a total of 274 minutes. Minus the 94 you already factored in, I need to add 180 to the group total.

    4315 + 180 = 4495

    Count me in for 2 hours. That's 120 minutes added on to our group total, making it:

    4495 + 120 = 4615
  • Forgot to add yesterday's exercise. Pretty close to the usual... 25 mins on treadmill and 30 mins on exercise bike.

    Personal Goal... 1160 - 55 = 1105 left to do

    Group Total... 4495 + 55 = 4550

    This is certainly looking great so far!

  • I spent 25 minutes on the treadmill and for most of that time I was on an incline of 3.0. Then I had my session with my trainer for 30 minutes. That makes my new total 442.

    The group total is now 4550 + 55 = 4605
  • Today, I did my Crunch dvd, so that's 40 minutes, and then did 10 minutes of weights & crunches. Brings meup to 50 minutes for the day, and brings my goal to 295 for the month so far. Almost to 300!
    Brings OUR total to: 5655 minutes!!!

    WOO HOO!
