Hi all, I finally made it to do some exercise. Sundays are so hard for me to get to the pool so today I walked with a walking tape many times
until I got up to 30 minutes. But, at least I did 30.

30 min. of cardio and upper body wt training! boy I can really see this body shapeing up!
so it's true, muscle weights more than fat!
Hi everyone. I just got back from the pool as a matter of fact, I am still in wet swimsuit. I did my 30 + minutes of swimming. I hope that you are all doing well and are staying motivated to get rid of the flab. I sure am doing well with the motivation. The Lord Jesus is blessing me with some will power and get up and go to move my body after many years of not moving. Thanks to all of you also for so much support. I couldn't do it without you guys!
