You can ramble all you want, your posts are always fun. Sounds like you and hubby had a nice valentine's. You probably were able to shovel the snow because of all your work at Curves. that salad sounds intriguing. What are cran raisens?
It's been raining here for a couple of days. I don't mind at all except I'm not inclined to go out and walk in it. Sigh. I've got a freezer full of Lean Cuisines and have stocked the office fridge with apples and Slim Fast, but I can't seem to get back on the wagon.

I don't remember if I was told to eat before bedtime. My eating schedule is breakfast after I get to work, about 9:30, lunch between 1 and 2 and usually an apple at about 5 or 6 while I computer surf. I don't eat dinner until about 9 or later, so I'm eating it just before I go to bed. (I don't take my blood sugar at that time.) You should definitely eat before exercise. As for American Idol, I usually watch it only in the final stages. I rarely turn the tv on before 9 p.m. Have a nice evening.
So happy everything worked out and that you're doing well too. Have a nice weekend.
The dietition's sample meals showed an awful lot of carbs - more that I would eat to lose weight. You might want to try the American Diabetes Association website to see if there's anything there or the National Institutes of Health. In the meantime, why not just average out the two carb counts you were given and use that as a guideline. I agree that your dh doesn't need to lose any more weight so now it's just maintaining his blood sugar and eating a heart healthy diet. I hope he continues to do well. And you and/or your dh are welcome to post here anytime.
