  • After a bit of a greedy weekend, I'm back on track now. 140.75 this morning. Getting closer!
  • I've made some good progress recently concerning weight loss, but I still think I have a long way towards reaching my goal. I got fed up of repeating some certain foods so I was looking to change my nutrition program. I know that changing my diet program and changing my workout routine is necessary to avoid getting bored, so I found an article that has got a big list of foods that might help in weight loss but, the list consists of some weird foods that I'm not sure that they can actually help in weight loss, there are many other lists but this one has grabbed my attention due to its weird constituents. if anyone would check it to see if these foods mentioned are "weight loss friendly" as they claim or not, cause I'm really curious to know.

149.2 today. I'm really looking forward to losing, I think the difference between 140s and 130s is a huge one for me!
  • No scale yesterday
    Today 148.6 - right direction!
I know this is not rocket surgery, I just need to stick to the new good habits (no sugary treats; evenly paced healthy meals; regular exercise)
  • Wow the fat fix is super cool
  • Fortunately, in 3 weeks, I lost 20 lbs going from 154 to 136 lbs
  • Is there a 2019 thread?
