    I really hate that I'm not able to post much lately. In any event, here's my additions:

    180 mins aquafit
    30 mins core workout

    I don't think i'm going to make my workout goal, but I will try to get as close to it as I can. That means I need to try to workout for about 4 hrs this week. That seems like a lot when there's already very little time LOL.

    GT: 210+4469= 4,679
  • 10 mins of arm curls and arm lifts
    5 mins of leg lifts
    5 mins of push ups ( standing against a door) Much easier then doing them on the floor)

    4679 + 20= 4699
  • 30 min trail

  • I have 15 min walking from Thursday (no exercise Fri or Sat) and today, 17 min walking and 13 min strength training

    Group total: 4729 + 45 = 4774
  • 50 minutes tonight.

  • 45 minutes of 'walk it out' on my wii and 15 minutes walking around shopping with my friend (does that count?)
