  • Ok, so I went on vacation from 2/9-2/15 and then had trouble getting back on track with the exercise. Today I made myself do it and it feels great to be back on track. My total is going to be pathetic.

    As long as you are back to exercise, the number really doesn't matter...
    It will be way better than if you never had come back!!!
