7/7: 95 minute hike
7/8: 2 hours in the pool --- call it 30 minutes of actual exercise + 30 minute walk
7/9: 75 minute hike + 30 minute walk
7/10: nothing
7/11: 195 minute family hike that kicked my butt big time --- I am so tired!
total = 455 minutes
100 min to add!! I spent a lot of time in the yard prepping a garden bed, which means a lot of spading and bending... I'm counting 40 min of that. Plus we walked downtown and back for another 60
I haven't added any of my time for July...I have it logged on my ticker...do ya'll want me to add the entire 400 mins to the group total or just what I have done the past few days? Sorry Im new to the exercise logging...
