  • I'm adding in 20 more min from yesterday. I did a lot of yardwork, a lot of it breaking up earth and a good workout, so I'll count a little of it.

  • 7/7: 95 minute hike
    7/8: 2 hours in the pool --- call it 30 minutes of actual exercise + 30 minute walk
    7/9: 75 minute hike + 30 minute walk
    7/10: nothing
    7/11: 195 minute family hike that kicked my butt big time --- I am so tired!
    total = 455 minutes

    Personal: 460 + 455 = 915/2000
    Group: 7414 + 455 = 7869
  • 45 minutes of wii fit yesterday, a 45 minute walk today, and 30 more minutes of wii fit!

    330 + 45 + 45 + 30 = 450/1300 That's 35% of my goal!!

    Group Goal 7869 + 120 = 7989
  • Today 30 minutes cross trainer + 30 minutes exercise bike = 60

    Group total: 7989 + 60 = 8049

    Own total: 379 + 60= 439
  • 100 min to add!! I spent a lot of time in the yard prepping a garden bed, which means a lot of spading and bending... I'm counting 40 min of that. Plus we walked downtown and back for another 60

    Group total ~ 8049 + 100 = 8149 min

  • I haven't added any of my time for July...I have it logged on my ticker...do ya'll want me to add the entire 400 mins to the group total or just what I have done the past few days? Sorry Im new to the exercise logging...
