LaLa - I aim for 5 times a week that I work out...but I MUST get four. One of the days is supposed to be a light day like an aerobics class and maybe a run a mile. I generally do 50 minutes of cardio daily except the light days.
Now my eating plan is a little weird and you will probably be like ewww....but here is a typical day:
1/2 Bran Buds (51% of daily fiber)
1/2 cup of skim milk
1/2 strawberries
(i use equal on my cereal)
1 cup of grapes/pear/or banana
1/2 cup of beans or legumes
small sandwich (turkey or roast beef)
1 tbsp miracle whip (light)
slice of tomato and lettuce
1 cup of carrots or celery
3-4oz of meat (chicken turkey or fish)
medium salad (veggies only no bacon bits, croutons etc)
3 tbsp light dressing
1/2 cup brown rice
I mix match my meals daily. Alternating between meats and fruits adn veggies. I don't eat brown rice every day or the beans. Just a typica day. I hope this helps and I wasn't way too wordy. Oh and i eat lost of berries for my fruit snack. I love them all kinds.


i got on the scale or the first time in years it seems and ive only gained about 2.5 pounds which i can deal with i thought it would be much worse. so i am going downward from there as of today
