Sorry I have been MIA this week. I knew I was going to run into a problem with my lack of time this week. I got in a 3mile run late this morning. Goodness it was hot! Luckily it has started raining!!! We have been in such a dry spell, that our front lawns look like hay! Anyway, total for the month so far is 37/45 running. I am going to try to set the alarm early tomorrow and get a long run in before taking the kiddies to school. I have good intentions...........

Well my Reba (dee-ba-doo) was feeling much better today so I took her and Rylee (girl) for 3 miles after work.
Over goal since I had a slow week at work two weeks ago...and still more days in May!

Finally did that 4 mile run. My first ever! Not that bad at all, really -- the middle was kinda rough but by the end I felt like I could've gone another mile, easy. Planning to try for 5 next weekend.
Tonight I'm thinking a 3-4 mile walk.
