Hi all,
How is everyone going? I had a not so great day on thursday and seemed to eat myself out of house and home

but I'm back on track now and going well again. I think with a bit of hard work I may just reach my goal for valentines day. I do need to do more exercise though. I'm planning on taking the kids swimming again tomorrow so hopefully I'll manage to get a few laps in too
knitting sounds like a great way to keep away the night time munchies, I keep a list by the computer of things that I can do if i get bored and start to head towards the fridge. It seems to work for me for the most part and as a bonus my house is becoming organised
