Hey Guys,
Today not such a good one, had an extra 3 kids and 2 adults to visit and by the time they left 4 hours later I was so stressed I dived into the chocolate full on

Nevertheless I'm proud of myself because I still did some exercise and toned down what I was eating for the rest of the day and didn't end up having a total blow out. Look at that some habits of old have already changed. Last time I tried this I would have said well that stuffs my week up and eaten like I hadn't eaten in months for the rest of the week. Anyway I'm feeling reasonably good atm even if my diet today wasn't picture perfect - damn left over chrissie choccies hiding in the back of the pantry. How did everyone else go?
