Wow, TBCourt and Alexistrophic! Them there's some WHOOSHES!
Now where's our "whoosh" smilie?? This will have to suffice:
Thanks, EmmaD! Mine was pretty unexpected. Never lost the additional from TOM gain, I suppose. Hoping to keep it. Definitely felt like wind in my sails after a pretty rough stretch of days.
Now you get to wear the the whoosh crown of the day!
TBCourt sorry about the bounce up. Part of the "fun" I suppose... bouncy, bouncy

Well I finally - barely - broke through my arbitrary 142-pound barrier (the first high weight I saw when I started to gain ~8 years ago)
Lots of good losses, and also very thoughtful changes to goals. Congratulations, everyone! This is not just some haphazard approach to weight loss. This is try, try, and try again, and see the fruits of your very hard labors.
So much for my "finally"! Now, the weights from the last two weeks are pretty much 1st morning, but not having emptied bowels. Just haven't been near my scales at those times. But still- argh!!!!
