This is the longest I have been under 120 recently. Whoo hoo.
I'm changing my goal slightly. I used to be 25/35 and am now closer to 26/36 so I'm hoping to lose an inch regardless of the scale. That should be good enough.

Made weight! Even with an up day last Sunday. So the new system is working: 1200 calories each day, Monday through Friday, water fast Saturday, weigh-in Sunday morning, followed by an up day on that Sunday. Had to work out one hour to take off two-tenths of a pound to get to 106.6.
Took some measurements, so I'm going to compare them to measurements for the last several months, to see the progress:
For June 14, 2015:
Body fat percentage (according to Weight Watchers scale): 20.3%
Chest: 33"
Waist: 27.62"
Hips: 33.75
BMI: 19.5
Measurements, 4/11/15:

This has been a very stressful 10+ days with a ton of traveling and abnormal days- hello summer! Hoping to see some more drops this week now that TOM is over and done.
Well, my celebration was short lived, thanks to a weekend with friends visiting. But, I'm hoping most of this is water weight and will come off within a few days and I'll be back under 140. TMI WARNING, but I haven't had a BM in like 4 days, so lets hope once that happens, I will lose a bit. It is very frustrating to feel like I'm carrying around extra "weight" by not having a BM.

My body must really enjoy being 143 pounds. I have been bouncing around that number for 10 days now.

Hopefully the 1200 calories/day is something more sustainable so you don't have to be as hungry
Are you doing a 2400 calorie up day on Sunday?
Thank you, Jen. It is nice to wake up knowing I'll be getting a "hefty" 1200 calories that day. Definitely less hunger pangs, though I tend to bunch the calories together.
Good question about the 2400 on Sunday. I considered doing that. But it's nice having two days - a fast day on Saturday, and an up day on Sunday - where I don't have to count calories. I made goal not counting them from last Sunday, so I'm just going to keep on not counting Sunday's calories, at least for now.
