Hello everyone.

I love watching any food show. As a matter of fact I'm always thinking of food and planning what to eat. It's uppermost in my mind. You know how they say men are always thinking of sex well I'm always thinking of food.

Tonight I ate 6 potato chips. I've never only eaten 6 before in my life. It's usually the whole bag or nothing. I'm beginning to think I'm not me.

Hi all,

Trish - what I'd give to have a nice long chat with my Dad. He passed in '79. Neal and I did have a good time last night with Kathy and Rick. They are thinking about buying a Wii for their grands, so I invited them over for dinner the 19th, then we're going to show them how to use our Wii. It is so much fun!

MBN - since it seem to be ok with those that have mentioned it, I think I will start a new thread soon combining the two. No idea what to call it!

retiredone - hahahaha on your comments!! I, too, think of food all the time. What I'm going to eat, how much I get, how long until I get to eat it, blah, blah, blah. Kudos for you being able to eat 6 potato chips. That's wonderful!

I had a gain today, but I'm not surprised. It's amazing, though, how just a couple slip ups in an entire week of otherwise being OP can throw a wrench in the whole thing.

Have a good weekend. TTFN

retiredone 6 potato chips... WOW!! That is great. I've eaten 10 before when counting calories, but I don't think I've ever eaten just 6. I remember hearing a preacher once who said his wife could take a bite of a candy bar, wrap it back up and lay it down forget it and come back a day or two later take another bite and wrap it up and leave it a few more days. He said she could make a candy bar last a week. He just couldn't understand it as he said he had to eat the whole thing right now. I guess if I could do that with anything, I wouldn't have a weight problem. haha

Not much going on today. Just a nice quiet Saturday.

Have a good week end everybody.
