Star2Be: That's awesome that you are in the 200s! That is the best feeling ever.. Whenever I eat food with a lot of sodium, I'll realize a pound or two difference the next day, even if I drink a lot of water!! Keep up the great work!

Today I weighed in at 208.8 lbs... 0.4 lbs down from yesterday, woohoo! Haha. I'm so eager to change my ticker that I don't think I can wait another day, so I'm doing it! LOL.

I wish I was losing as fast as some of you are! I know that I am getting smaller though so I guess thats a plus. I just want to be below 200 again lol....well soon enough!! hopefully this Tuesday is a good loss seeing as how I have not been that on track this week due to the stress of having to move really quickly...hmmm maybe I will peek tomororw morning

I'd love to be held accountable. Today I was up from 190.0 to 191.6. We went out last night after I ate a bunch & I gave into Carl's Jr. I'm back on track today, but definitely struggling.

blah blah blah I think I'm retaining water but i weighed in at 203 this morning. I was hoping to hit onederland for halloween. What say I drink about a gallon of water tonight and see what happens ?

^ LOL sounds like a good plan to me! Ugh, I hate retaining water. I think you still have a decent chance of hitting Onederland by Halloween. Or even if you don't you are so darn close that there's no way you won't get there really soon. Just don't fall off the wagon in the next couple weeks, hehe (easier said than done!). You can do it! In fact, you've just as well already DONE it!

I'm 208.2 lbs today... 0.6 lbs down. I'm so proud that I haven't gained so far this weekend--I usually indulge enough to gain at least a few ounces, heh. But not this weekend! I've definitely eaten healthier and I haven't been to any big social things where I'd be tempted to scarf down chips, cookies, (alcohol...), etc. So wish me luck with getting through today healthily! I have a crazy schedule tonight (rehearsal for my theater class 4-6, then rehearsal for my a cappella group 6-9, and the dining hall is only open for dinner from 4:45-8! ) so it might be a bit of a challenge!

I managed to lose another 1.4 pounds this week and am currently at 212.4 pounds. My goal for Halloween was to be 210...so I don't know how well that's going to work. I will try my best and I will get there at some point

Meredith...you are doing amazingly awesome!!! I'm so proud of you and your weight seems like it is just completely melting off of you recently! Keep up the great work!

a 900g gain this week. I know what i did wrong- ate far too much almost every day, and didnt exercise its monday, its a new week, and i AM going to lose that again and more

I lost 3 lbs last week and apparently that was enough for me to just kinda float through the week because I didn't eat off plan but it definently wasn't my best work. I'll be glad to maintain for my weigh in on Tues, what a goal- not to gain.

ARGH! Up 2 pounds, still down 2 from my original weight.

I had it coming, though. No doubt about it. I found the best chili relleno in Denver yesterday, so it's to be expected. I also got into a MAJOR funk last week and didn't even entertain the idea of going to the gym until Friday (my eating was ok, though). I spent the better part of Saturday morning at the gym and spent all of yesterday walking around Denver for a certain political rally. I am a fast walker and was with my friend who walks just as fast as I do, so we turned it into a powerwalking session
