    It depends what I am doing...When I run or bike it's usually by how far I go, actually now that I think of it, it's always by distance...

  • Cardio and abs.
  • Walk and Kick Video
  • Bosu leg workout and 16k bike ride
  • Worked out twice today - first was 50 min on the stairclimber on my lunch, second was after work - 55 min on the elliptical.
  • Weight train routine, full body
  • Softballmom - way to go on getting your weight training in! You've been doing really well with that this month, and I know its hard for you.

  • Yesterday -- legs in the morning,16k bike ride in the afternoon
    Today -- 5k run
  • Cardio 50 minutes, 30 minutes weights and resistance, and pilates.
  • 35 minutes treadmill - 1.5 miles
  • 48 min treadmill walk (2.8 miles)
  • Thanks Mandalinn for the encouragement! You're right about me trying to get my arms around my w/t, but for some reason lately I've had the mojo. Feeling tighter afterwards helps the attitude.

    Got in a 3.25 mile run last night outside in beautiful weather.
