Got some cleaning done and some exercise done! And have had 2 great healthy meals and 1 good snack so far!
) to run a 5k race in early April and I downloaded a novice training schedule, and today is supposed to be 1.75 mile run. Problem being.....its like -5F with the wind chill !!!! CRAZY!!!! Ds is going to a rollerskating party, dare I strap some on and try to stand up and get some cardio that way?? Doesn't sound safe to me!!!
