Also, I dropped some of the weight! I will go for a run after my library session today.
A class consists of a warm-up, a 'skill' part where they teach you the Olympic lifts and a 'workout of the day', which is a circuit of different strength and cardio exercises.

About Atkins, that's very interesting...everything I've seen touts him as one of the dietitians that died from their own diet...I'll have to check that out...
it does seem a successful okan and certainly carbs matter in diets...I've tried many, many diets and plans and seen a lot of success w low/no carb diets at least scale-wise. 

now you can sparkle! also
for packing and planning that tends to help a lot!



I've done nothing interesting save skipping breakfast, small lunch and drooling over ice cream in my freezer... perhaps drooling burns calories?!?
