  • No weight loss this last week: TOM and going over budget every day, but I did ride my bike instead of taking the car for everything except a late evening birthday party. It's supposed to rain all week but I hope to take the bike this week too. I'm sure I won't melt.
  • 167.5 this morning. First day of TOM. I have my every other month weigh in eight days from now. Hopefully the TOM and holiday water weight will be gone by then.

  • A good week so far! 22 accumulative miles on the bike and good on the calorie budget. I saw 193.? on the scale. Come on 180s! Its been too long coming.

  • My goal for the rest of November is to get back on the bandwagon, yesterday was a good day for me, the first for a long time, I just need to make everyday a good day
  • 214 this morning! I really think I might make it to 210 before Dec. 1st!
  • 168 this morning. At least thanksgiving is over. Now if TOM would finish up I would be in good shape.
  • Lost 0.2 lbs this week, Now I feel really stuck in the 240s Nah, haven't been the best of weeks, just good enough so I thought I'd see a bigger loss than that. I think it might be some water retention.
  • 166.5 this morning.I guess the water is finally going to start to come off. Its about time.
  • 166.5 again this morning. I bought a huge amout of fresh veggies yesterday to help me get back down to 163. I am so cheap that I will eat them before I take a chance on them going bad.

    FYI, losing 100 lbs means your body no longer handles alcohol the same way. Oy.
