  • Thank God It's Friday!!!

    It's been a long week for me but I'm glad today is Friday. I started running this week for the first time in several years. It felt great but I'm feeling it all over, which I think is a good thing

    Well, here we go:
    Original commitment: 1300

    4/18/03
    138 - 50 = 88
  • Kimbo, you rock! When you finish your minutes, you may have to help me finish mine. Shouldn't have taken my little vacation from exercising!

    550 - 55 = 495 I can still do it!

  • Thanks Semo, I'm having a good month. I did the majority of my exercising the first week. I liked to had killed myself, twice a day and I think I even worked out 3 times one day.

    I'm just glad to make my goal. I guess I'll up it next month and see what happens.

    Well, it looks like I'm going into the negative as of today, I've surpassed my goal and from now on it's free time.

    Original goal: 1300

    April 19th
    88 - 45 = 43

    April 21st
    43 - 50 = minus 12

    It's all downhill from now!
  • Over the weekend I did 45 minutes of bellydancing-I still have to do today's workout-I'll post it here later today!

  • Uh oh. End of the month approaching and I've been slacking off. Just a little exercise here and there. I've got to get my act together if I'm going to make my little challenge total.

    260 to go...

  • Jello-with your 260 minutes left-if you commit to 30 minutes of exercise a day for the rest of the month, you will make your goal! You can do it for 10 days...I KNOW you can!
    As for me-I did 60 minutes of strength training and cardio

  • Hi gals, Mind if I submit my challange even though it is almost the end of the month. I am getting married in Sept. and I need the challange.

    I am really mad at myself because I had lost 60 lbs. about a year ago and I have gained almost ALL of it back. So I need the challange to get me motivated again.
  • Aphil, thanks for the vote of confidence! I needed it! And so last night I went home and powered up the treadmill and the portable CD player.

    OK, it was "only" 20 minutes - I had to go to a meeting - but I plan to make it up tonight! 240 minutes to go!

    Kmabry1234, first off - CONGRATS!!! on your upcoming wedding. Second - you only gained back "almost" all of it. Me, I gained back all of it and then some more on top. Third - you've got at least 4 months! You can do this! And finally, even though I don't know you, I'm behind you! I'll cheer you on if you cheer me on. What'd you say?
